Overall went well until the license plates. We were told they would be mailed to us. What happened was never received them and then needed to call. Then we were told yes there were at the dealership and we could pick them up there or at other sites. They knew we had bought the car in Washington but lived in Oregon. ow had to wait a few days for the plates to get to a dealership in Oregon. Poor service.

Work looks great. Excellent communication during the repair. Worked hard to get my insurance on board through a computer crisis of the insurance company. Chris and Jimmy were great!!

Terrible service writers. I’d like to say it was a fluke, but 3 times in a row each with a new terrible service writer...not a fluke. I don’t blame the technicians for the SW clowns up front...in fact I’m sure they’re just as put out with them as customers are.
