When I first went in they told me they didn't have shuttle service. When I scheduled the appointment I told the customer service person that I needed shuttle service. One of the salesman found a personr that could take me home till my vehicle was serviced. Elizabeth took really good care of me.

The replacement of backup light under warranty went well. The 2 small dents left when light was originally inspected remain. I went to see Jimmie at repair center at the request of Elizabeth and he was to send estimate by email. I’ve heard nothing. The chips to bare metal from the car wash I was given the voucher for are still there. I don’t expect anyone to spend over $900.00 for the dents but touch up paint would have been a nice gesture. I’m very disappointed in the exterior finish of this vehicle.

Had to come back following day to get work done that should have been done the first day. Was told on first day everything was fine and nothing else needed to be done besides the oil change. Then after returning on second day was quoted price and I told them that is what I would pay no more. Check out was quoted a different price. I paid for what I was told the first time. I do not think the person I dealt with knew what they were doing. I will not be back

We had some problems with the parts Dept and the repair Dept was very good in the way that they solved the problem
