I have never dealt with such an unprofessional group of people. Bought a car I was very excited about, only to have it break down three days after buying it. Called the dealership and they towed it. Spent two weeks in the dark with no information about my car being given to me. I finally went in and had to wait two hours before any one came and talked to me. Still no one would tell me what was wrong with it. Finally when my boyfriend got there from work they told me the engine was blown in the car. Mike Brady then asked me what I was going to do. I was told the car was under warranty when we asked about that warranty Mike wouldn’t give us a straight answer. He told me he didn’t have to do anything to help me. Mike Brady then Called my boyfriend a jerk because he was frustrated with this whole situation. I was in tears. Finally they offered to show me the only other car they would be willing to trade for my car with the blown out engine. I was forced into this more expensive car that I did not want. They told me they were going to send my original car to an auction house and not put it back on their lot. Well last week I look on there website and there that car is again. I never received the down payment I put on that car back and feel so taken advantage of. I will never do business with this company again and I have warned every one I know about how shady these people are. Very disappointed in my first car buying experience.

The greeter (facilitators?) out front in the blustery cold were wonderful and did their best to make it all work. The first time I was there, the person who was tasked to work on the issue was in the middle of another job. This was a scheduled appointment. It was more than an hour before I was informed of this and had to re-schedule. The women out front who work in brutal conditions tried their hardest to make this go smoothly for me. I do not fault them and neither should the guy in charge hold them responsible. The fault lies with the men behind the service desk and scheduling and perhaps the overall manager.
