The sales rep that helped us (Max) was new but very helpful. Honestly I never knew that buying a new vehicle could be so easy. Everyone there was helpful. The only drawback I can think of is that they did not have the model of truck I was interested in on the lot for me to look over before buying. But it really didn't matter since I knew what I wanted anyway.

The first check up for our 2018 Rav went well, the last one not so. Think you were over booked, I had to wait over half an hour before my car was even moved from the parking lot, then the routine oil change and check took a long time!

My appointment was honored. I was transported. My car was serviced. My questions were answered. The goals were met.

I ordered tires . 5 days later I was told they were there, I drove 45 minutes to get to the shop and found out there were no tires. So I had to make a return trip once my tires actually shower up

I called about a noise the car was making and I never got a call back

had an 8:30 appt. arrived at about 8:20, car was taken back to the shop area at 9:00, car was finished and brought out at 9:20, they called my name and said my car was ready at 9:35. i'm thinking its not worth messing around with appts or maybe take it to vancouver next time

I have been waiting almost four months now and still do not have the right parts
