Stephan keep me informed through out the process and gsve enough instruction to safely drive the new car

Called in to schedule a basic tuneup. Quoted $543.85. Called back to ask if that included spark plugs. Was told yes. 3 days after I called, I received another call from a different service rep who said yes it included plugs & price was over $700. When I came in for appointment, was told only included spark plugs. I left. Got service done at another shop for $193.

I'm not sure why I'm getting this email. I purchased my car in March. I already filled one of these out a long time ago. I purchased my 2017 Chevy Cruz at the Kelso Toyota dealership with the assistance of their sales associate Mikayla. Thank you, Patty

Good overall experience except for wishing more attention and support after my purchase when answering my questions and concerns about the vehicle.

I explained that I was upside down in my car and the guy that called me said no problem. We can help with that. Rebates and such. I thought I was meeting with him, but no... it was someone else. And he could not help me nor the finance guy. Then they let me leave and get all the way to my car without my keys. Really!! Not happy. Waste of my time

They did nothing more or less than what we were there for. We were not warned that our warranty had expired so it cost mire than expected. They never changed the maintenance sticker so I don’t know when the next maintenance is due.
