Fast, nice, and an excellent experience!

The kid who showed me the car was awesome. His name is Tyler. The other kid who was there when I showed up with the check to pay for the car was also very nice. I, as a customer, actually had to teach the "management" how to negotiate a deal. I had to bully them in to giving me a fair deal. They even sweetened the pot with a "referral fee" to be paid to my son (who had referred me to them to purchase a car). The fee was never paid and no-one ever followed up with me for my "opinion" until six months later. Don't waste your time. Find an honest dealership who cares about their customers.

No one talked to me. I sat for 45 minutes, then left with no help at all.

Did not fill washer fluid at all, how can I trust other services getting done when you said you would top off all fluids.

Why are you sending me this survey??? You have NOT seen my car in the last 5,000 miles, over four months ago. I had my 10,000 service in Reno Nevada and experienced excellent service. Thanks for asking but don't take any credit for it.
