I was very impressed with the helpfulness of the ladies that were taking care of the customers. I'm not sure why they were working in near freezing weather. It was so cold I couldn't stand being there. Also I keep getting these survey requests and I've already responded. Annoying.

I have had my vehicles cared for at your service department for the last 15 years, my last car an Acura was purchased at your dealer in Vancouver. Please review my records at your service department. I was advised to purchase new tires at an oil change, when I mentioned that I still had quite a lot of warranty still remaining, the recommendation was adjusted to...soon. Several months later, during winter I decided to take the advice as it had been recommended again...at that time she looked up the warranty time/miles remaining and said I would receive money back from the warranty. BUT it had to go through the service department and someone would call me....no calls..my next oil change I asked my new service person about the refund, expecting that something should have been arranged...he claimed I should have taken care of that at time of purchase. I told him, that I was told I had to let the service department take care of this. He claimed he would take care of it and let me know...no calls....I even went it just to check, no one had any idea. So today is my second message for Tyler Woodhouse.....I would appreciate a refund for the warranty that was remaining on the tires I replaced at the recommendations of your service techs. Quick and easy service. Better than the local Subaru dealer who didn't tighten th oil drain plug. Might start bringing the Subaru in.
