Not happy with the first service representative I had. Seemed to be very agitated with me when I came in for an appointment I made for oil change. Seemed like she was to busy to help me. Only saw one other car there. I have already left a message with the manager of the device department. Thur the telephone representative I talked with. Whom said she would leave my message with manger, and that he would get back with me. Have never heard anything from anyone. I have bought 4 cars from this dealership. But will not buy another one.

I can't say I'm happy with this dealership in general. A big lack of communication between departments. The courier service ends earlier. The only reason I've continued to do business with this location is because Liz the service technician is fantastic. If it wasn't for her, I would not consider re-leasing with Toyota. The reason for the 3 stars are for the run around I recieved from customer service and the ongoing issues with replacing windshield. I would've given less stars if it hadn't been for Liz keeping me informed and giving me honest updates on the timeline.

Oh man, Took it in last week for service and the engine fell out on the way home. It was terrifying

the truck service was completed in a little more one hour. Everyone was very helpful including a young man from sells who helped me get connected to the free Wi-Fi. good experience.
