I was disappointed that I had to teach the staff about what "negotiation" meant. They really seemed uninterested in me as I had cash and no desire to finance my vehicle. My son, who purchased his car before I did (and used their financing), was told by the sales staff and management that by recommending me to buy a car, he would receive a $100 referral fee. He never received the payment. I have had three opportunities to recommend them as a dealer to friends interested in buying a car, but I have declined. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

The salesman went out of his way at first to bring your car in from Portland all the way to Longview Washington. The car arrived a little dinged up and missing a fender well. We proceeded with the negotiations and I paid almost asking price for the used Kia soul. I paid with cash and requested the floor mats and the key and key fob that are listed with the vehicle. After completing the deal the salesman informed us that the lot he brought the car from had no second key and I was not receiving the floor mats they pulled out of it. Pretty sad, their cost would’ve been under $300.

I don't know what visit you are referring to as I have only been to your place once, which was when I bought my car. That visit was excellent, but again, I don't know if that's the visit you mean. Your survey needs to specify the visit date.
