Rich at the body shop could not have been more helpful. Glad to have him in my corner. Not impressed with my insurance company but very impressed with Dick Hanna Honda. As I expected the repair was flawless. John Dunkin took care of the warranty issue and was very helpful in scheduling the repair with my insurance claim.

I highly recommend Dick Hanna for auto body repair needs They provided competent and courteous service including a ride back home. I received an accurate estimate of what was needed and I was kept informed about the ETA for parts. In about a week I had my car back. Body work was perfect, paint matches, car looks as good as new. Price was very reasonable. Nice work!

Dick Hannah Collision got this done in less than 24 hours, much better then the last time. I’ve ALWAYS had Dick Hannah due all our maintenance on our Honda’s and only once, did I not get my vehicle back on time and it wasn’t really their fault. Thanks DH

It started with Excellent customer service from Paul. He helped me get my insurance claim filed and kept me appraised of the approx timeline to replace my windshield. When I did bring in my car everyone at the front desk was very helpful.

I was told my car was completed. When I arrived it was found the whole other side of the car was not completed. You set me up with a rental which was much appreciated.

It would have been nice if you had washed the new windshield , still can see the suction cup marks.
