Glass installation was excellent. However the installer accidentally damaged the transmission shift knob. Brent, service manager is looking into replacement. Once this is completed, I will be a happy customer. The glass installation was flawless except for the knob damage. Things occasionally happen and it appears Brent will address the damage.

I was so worried my car would have looked obvious I was in an accident, but dick Hannah’s body shop really didn’t disappoint me! My car looks the same as before the accident, with matching tint, and had my car finished before the date they originally planned. I will refer every person I can when they need it, and may even come back just for personal reasons to upgrade things on my car
