My car was fixed pretty quick, within 3 days it was done and ready. They got back to me quickly as well and informed me about the status of my car. I expected it to be over a week since 4th of July weekend was coming up but it was perfect timing, brought in on a Tuesday and ready Friday. Thank you.

Front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. I feel the work done was quality. One thing that needs improvement is communication. No one ever called to give me an update on how things were going or even that my car was done and ready for pick up. I had to initiate all of that.

My experience was overall pretty good. It took far longer than it should have, but it looked good. I'd consider taking my car back in the future.

The windshield on the Honda CRV was replaced The cost was an excellent value. Carol gave us the options for replacing. We dropped it off in the morning and it was completed in the afternoon.

This place did great work. My car took a little longer than expected due to a replacement part delay, but Kris was communicating consistently. She also responded to text inquiries, which was above and beyond. The techs repaired some imperfections around the accident site that I wasn't expecting. Incredible service all around!

I bought my wife a SLK320 for Mother’s Day and it had a few dings and Quite a few rock chips in the paint, we pick it up today and it looks like a new car. Dick Hannah Body shop does excellent work and a fast turnaround couldn’t be more happy thanks again.
