Michael Roy was very kind and walked me through all the details concerning the damage on my car. I was amazed at how quickly he and the insurance agent were able to settle the case and give me exact what I wanted, all Subaru parts and no A/M (after market parts) When I picked up my car it looked like a brand new car! It was clean inside and out. So happy to get my Subaru back!
