They don't answer the phone. It is extremely difficult to get in contact with the person you are trying to reach. There were no updates as the work was going on until the last couple days.

I was in an accident. My experience, except for the accident, was pain free. Your staff was very accommodating and professional, answering all questions promptly. They were considerate and caring. I didn’t give you an excellent rating because I had to bring back my car to have the paint job redone. Although I did have to bring back my car, the same consideration was given to me.

Kyle is great and he installed a part that was not in stock when my car was in for repair initially. Unfortunately, we noticed what appears to be excess clear coat on the roof that had started peeling off like dead skin. I will have to take the car in next week for an additional day to polish it off.

Body Shop manager Brent was INCREDIBLE!! He was extremely professional and friendly. He carefully researched the problem- a chemical smell originating from the trunk of our 2017 Honda Civic. The car had been there for major body work about 4 months earlier. He spent the time to discuss this with his body shop personnel to try to determine the issue. We brought the car in and as far as we can tell, the issue has been resolved. It is no wonder this is the 6th or 7th vehicle we have purchased or leased from Dick Hannah Honda. Brent- Thank you for doing such a great job!!!
