Alex was great to make sure my Subaru repair was done thoroughly and correctly and in timely manner. He went up and beyond to be sure my car was washed well/detailed after repair. Scheduling was poor. Dick Hannah did not call me back (left two message) to schedule repair after estimate was complete - my insurance company needed to call DickHannah three weeks after insurance reimbursement check received to prompt a scheduling call back.

Shop kept us informed of the progress of repairs. Repairs were done well. Staff was always courteous.
