Your front service gal (Carol) was so helpful getting us set up with an appointment and helping with the rental car. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Told us what to expect as to when the car would be ready and the call came almost an hour earlier than she said it would be ready. Great surprise.

Customer service was excellent and they went above and behind to get everything covered with my insurance. I could not be happier and why I continue to go to Dick Hannah for repairs and buying of new vehicles. Customer service is very important to me and a deciding factor always with picking Dick Hannah.

Staff was wonderful in keeping me informed on the progress of the work needed to be done on my Honda Pilot. I always come to Honda for any of my needs and always feel valued.

Car looked great and very clean inside and out. My only complaint is that they did not let me know the progress of the repair and I had to contact them not having any idea how long it would take. An estimation would have been appreciated.

My tire pressure was low. The tire was repaired free of charge and they even gave me a car wash card. Staff were professional and courteous. It would be hard to do better.

Kris Schumacher did a very good job for us. My one complaint is that the entire interior surface of the left front fender, replaced as new from the factory, should have been spray painted by the body shop. It came from the factory electrogalvanized, but an extra coat of paint might have, very long term, protected from corrosion. May not matter this went undone, but it is just that extra step toward "perfection." Otherwise good job, we may sell our VW Atlas and buy a new Forester from (likely) Dick Hannah when they become available. We have bought three (3) new cars from Dick Hannah in 5 years!
