I was very pleased with my car repair and all the staff that I met. The car was promised for a Wednesday and I got it on a Monday early. They did a great job and staff explained everything to me and when I receive the car the gal answered all my questions. I definitely would recommend them to anyone in the future.

Excellent performance. Even though our car got totaled and repairs were not done, the body shop team was extremely helpful in helping us deal with the insurance company and facilitating disposal of the car. Very much appreciated.

They do "Believe in Nice" from the moment you check-in till you check-out when you pick-up your vehicle.I wasn't pressured concerning decisions on repair costs or payment.This is the third car I have bought from Acura of Portland and would buy another when the time comes for another one.

Great service. Only a short wait for the windshield to arrive at the shop and installation was done in a few hours.

All of the service I got was excellent with one exception. When I first called in for an estimate for a windshield replacement, I was told someone would get in touch with me. I never heard back and had to call again. Not a huge issue but was mildly annoying because they were very difficult to reach by phone. Once we crossed that hurdle, I was a happy customer.
