I've continue to go to Dick Hannah as my favorite dealership based on the environment and people. I have purchased two more vehicles from them this year, and I sincerely appreciate the overall process and experience. For the latest transaction, I'd add that the Dick Hannah team did an admirable job of taking care of my deal as efficiently as possible while dealing with a major system outage that has affected much of the industry. The sales staff, especially Jake and Koren, whom I primarily dealt with, were very prompt, friendly, and professional throughout my purchase of a pre-owned passat! They helped me move quickly through paperwork even when I was in a rush, and they made themselves available for questions sometimes even in off hours! When I found that the car had an intermittent problem which the dealer hadn't been able to detect because of its intermittence, Cooper, from the dealer's management, determined that the dealership would cover it as something they missed, since otherwise it wouldn't have been covered by the limited warranty I had bought. It is nice to deal with a company that holds up their end and goes the extra mile, even though they would have been well within their rights to leave me high and dry, or dangling in the breeze.
