I appreciated that you listened to us and did not push us to finance to buy a newer car. We just got back from a 649 mile trip and the car ran beautifully. We got about 47 miles a gallon, so I’m happy about that. I would have liked it if you had suggested where we might take the car to get the dent removed and the scratches buffed out. Everyone was very friendly and I especially appreciated Alex for helping us.

Zane was great, very forthcoming and not too high pressure. He was very straightforward and to the point. When asked about a maintenance issue he didn't try to make something up, he stated that he didn't know the answer, and immediately went to find out. All in all he made what is normally a super stressful experience for me as smooth and comfortable as possible, which was much appreciated.

Everyone is easy to work with and very personable. They made us feel like we well set up for a positive experience with our car going forward.
