Isaac was awesome. My car engine had seized on the freeway the night before we spoke, and I needed a car fast. I was very indecisive, and Isaac was still so patient with me. I had some specific requirements for a vehicle and he worked his butt off to find the right car for me and my lifestyle AND my budget. As always, I am super happy with the process from beginning to end. Dick Hannah has always provided me with a great car and stellar service. I am so happy!

I was not planning to buy a car at this time, but unfortunately my vehicle was totaled out in a wreck. I really didn’t know exactly what I wanted. The last place I ended up at was Dick Hannah Volkswagen. My salesperson, Issac was such a help to me. He was very informative, non pressuring, understanding, kind and personable. I would definitely recommend him and will go there FIRST, if in the future, if I decide to , or need to buy another vehicle.
