It was a difficult decision to trade in my 2022 Tiguan for a 2024 Tiguan, as my late husband had ordered the 2022 vehicle in the months prior to his death. We originally went to the Kia dealership next-door and our salesman deserted us so we decided to take a walk and Nate was waiting outside to greet us. We gave him a very strict number. We wanted to stay at for payments and also had a trade-in that had some mechanical problems. They were able to get us within two dollars and get us into a fully loaded Ford Explorer. Not only did Nate drive to Oregon to pick up the car late on a Friday night, they had everything ready to go for us when we showed up the next morning and opening. I will come back to Nate anytime we buy a car, including my children’s first cars.!
