Excellent effort by Nicole in providing a pleasant and successful car buying experience. We looked at and compared several car models with our desired options. We test drove our model choice minus the all wheel drive option that best fit our needs. Nicole then contacted the PDX dealer and found the match that we wanted and went to PDX and brought the car back for us to test drive. We were sold on the car and began the buying process. That proceeded well, with Cooper completing the necessary paperwork. All in all, it was a very satisfying end to an often times frustrating process!
