I absolutely enjoyed working with my sales person Nicole. My rating of her is 5 stars, but my rating of the whole experience is more like 3.5 but that’s not an option I can select so I’m selecting 4. Nicole was very attentive to our needs and did her best to help us. My experience is 3.5 because the wait was way too long. We got there at like 1:40 and we didn’t leave until around 7. The second reason for my experience rating I felt like the price tag was misleading. I understand there’s tax and finance charge but we were not expecting it to be over $3.5K more. So if the long wait resulted in a deal in terms of cost, than we would have been elated but that was not the case. Having said that we don’t regret the purchase and we hope all the features that made us want the car are true.
