Nathan and his team at the Vancouver Dick hannah completely turned my outlook about Dick Hannah around, I was ready to turn my vehicle in and just walk away without a vehicle due to past experiences with prior folks and vehicles, I was not wanting to negotiate or deal with the what if we do this, or do that game and Nathan was very understanding and did exactly what I was needing/wanting and kept my business with VW.
