I bought my used certified Jetta TDI from Volkswagen of Salem. I also purchased a 4 year bumper to bumper warranty. I was charged for items such as bolts being tigh

Staff were great. Got a inside detail. Car smelled good looked clean. On my way home driving towards the sun is when I could see that the front windshield was not cleaned well. Well it was cleaned but it was very smudged with hand prints. I’m sure they were hard to see while whom ever was cleaning because I didn’t see them until the sun was right on it. Other wise very pleased.

I was promised some things before I bought my car and also blatantly lied to. They pretended to fix my chip on the windshield and also promised me with a key fob person who would charge me dealer prices because the car came with just one key and that person didn’t deal with vw. Believe in Nice? More like believe in lies.
