Great people to work with

I want to go back to my January purchase of my vehicle: I didn't have to pay state tax because I live in Oregon. When I bought the service contract, I was told I had to pay state tax on it because it was a service, and those are taxed even to Oregon buyers. I didn't realize until a day or two later that there should have been no reason why I couldn't have bought the service agreement through one of your Portland stores. That would have saved a couple hundred dollars. I think that should have been given as an option. In all other ways I was very happy with the purchase.

Awful! Sales didn’t communicate with service, my car was gone for a week over a stupid issue overlooked by them. I’ll be going to the Portland sales & service group moving forward.
