Vlad Zhukov did an excellent job, as usual. He is knowledgeable, professional, and personable and made me much less irritated about being there for two hours because of a software update issue that caused my blind spot detector to stop working. So far, I am spending too much time addressing issues with my car, but at least the service department has been doing a great job.
