Pricing is an issue ugly issue. An oil and fuel filter change should not cost $200.00 +. It is not a BMW/Merc. Not being able to write a check is a huge bummer. I will find another service center a local service center.

I had a punctured tire that needed to be replaced. Luckily, the service department had one in stock and was able to put it on my car within an hour of arriving.

The work was performed in a timely manner, and was done very well. The shimmeying I mentioned was gone and the car was clean and in excellent conditiion for our trip out of town. Ryan took good care of the car and his customer. I would recommend DH VW service to anyone!

What the heck?! You all need to get your stuff together! You hound me for feedback, I give it to you with high detail on how you are doing a terrible job with how you interact with your customers, you choose not to respond, and yet, you continue sending out request for ratings.... Your performance for a consumer experience is not good even for simple transactions.

OK here goes again. My 2015 passat was just barely out of warranty, I bought from Hannah. The drivers leather seat is coming apart, failing, Hannah and VW care refuse to acknowledge the failing material. Hannah VW said they would look into it, they only gave me the VW care # and said it was up to me to get it done through them. so they basically washed their hands of it. VW care ignored my complaints .. Soo I still need my seat fixed and I shouldnt have to pay for it. I made a living by repeat customers and this isnt how to grow your customer file..My next vehicle WAS going to be an Audi .. but not now..
