My experience from beginning to end was horrible!. I would never recommend your car dealership to any human being. My experience was so bad that I ended up in the hospital with chest pains. Even to pick up the car plates was a bother to your employees and customer service SUCKS!. You should close your doors is a bad, bad place for business.

Pricing is an issue ugly issue. An oil and fuel filter change should not cost $200.00 +. It is not a BMW/Merc. Not being able to write a check is a huge bummer. I will find another service center a local service center.

I had a punctured tire that needed to be replaced. Luckily, the service department had one in stock and was able to put it on my car within an hour of arriving.

The work was performed in a timely manner, and was done very well. The shimmeying I mentioned was gone and the car was clean and in excellent conditiion for our trip out of town. Ryan took good care of the car and his customer. I would recommend DH VW service to anyone!

What the heck?! You all need to get your stuff together! You hound me for feedback, I give it to you with high detail on how you are doing a terrible job with how you interact with your customers, you choose not to respond, and yet, you continue sending out request for ratings.... Your performance for a consumer experience is not good even for simple transactions.
