I would only score your organization a 3. I was very pleased with my salesperson Crystal Brown and the price on my vehicle until I saw an additional $748 service fee, when I asked what this was for? I was told licensing and registration of my vehicle. This is far higher than the amount quoted on-line for Oregon. After spending 6+ hours at the Oregon DMV renewing my registration permit because I had purchased my car in Washington I would like to know specifically what the $748.00 covered? Was this just a hidden cost? I am still frustrated by it! Thank-you
