Everyone that was involved was great but I’m going to focus my review on Alex Gentes because he is a rockstar. Alex throughly explained all the features of the ID4 without ever being pushy or making my family feel uncomfortable. As a consumer that allows us to focus on the features of the vehicle and not worry about what annoying sales pitch maybe coming.
