Well everything started out great then we hit a snag which left us without a car on a holiday weekend. We never gave up and fortunately neither did the DH dealership workers and salesman. So finally here we are putting the final touches on some paperwork and walking out with a car. Job well done satisfied customers in the end period.

Awesome customer service from start to finish. I called and spoke with a gentlemen named Christopher Wortham and he straight forward on the phone about my lease ending and my options. Once I arrived he already had a car ready for a test drive. That was the awkward part doing a test drive by myself due to covid-19. I liked the car but wanted a sunroof and he showed me my options. We started the finance process all along the way was still honest and straightforward. That's where Roy Saudi the general sales manager stepped in i had bought my previous vehicle at same dealership and came back due to great customer service. Roy and Christopher went well more than far above to get me in the vehicle I wanted might have took longer than I wanted but was well worth it. I drove off in a new car that they literally drove off the showroom floor at 2020 Jetta in red (my favorite color). I will literally recommend this dealership to my family and friends.
