We were looking specifically at the Jetta Sportwagen TDI from the 2015 recall. Your dealership by far has the best (and only) selection. You may be able to find one here or there, but not all in one location. I began working with Colin via phone and text. He was super helpful. It took us w week later than we were wanting to get up to Portland (we live in Klamath Falls and with the fires -husband is a firefighter- it was difficult to make it happen in a safe manner). When we got there on Friday mid-morning Colin was with another customer so he handed us over to TJ. TJ was great as well. Showed us all the vehicles we had seen in line and more. He went so far as to have one brought over from Vancouver, which was super helpful!!! We decided on one after much deliberation and TJ went to bat for us on prices and financing. Travis came up with a wonderful solution for us wanting to “keep the money local” by going through our bank in K Falls, but going through VW financing. A donation from VW to the charity of our choice. We then worked with Jacob to finalize everything and he was also on point! (He was a basketball player-on Point- point guard- get it 😅😂🤣) He went over some different options for us and was super helpful. Overall a fantastic experience and worth the drive from Klamath Falls!!!

Reno, and Travis Both of them were up front and honest. My car broke and they were able to get me into a car that I wanted. The GM there was also friendly and very helpful with my situation
