I was able to complete the majority of my lease trade in and new vehicle purchase over phone/email which was great. I was told several times that once I arrived at the dealership all of the paperwork would be done and ready. I scheduled an appointment and arrived at my appt time, the salesman had my keys ready to test drive the new vehicle, however once I got back from my 15 min test drive the process slowed down. I ended up spending another 3 hours waiting to complete all of the steps and final paperwork. Everything went smoothly but I would have hoped to spend less time waiting around on a deal that was already finalized.

The sales people worked very hard to find us the car we wanted at the price we were willing to pay. The only issue was after the sales all the paperwork including the loan payment information was sent to the wrong address. We have no home mail delivery, just a po box. The po box information was given and the loan officer was told the there was no mail at the home address.
