Kirsten was awesome!! I’m an employee at DickHannah, but I work in the service department in the shop. My family has always owned Volkswagens, however the only car (outside of the VW brand) my mom has ever wanted was an FJ Cruiser. When it popped up on our website I immediately sent it to her and she needed it. Kirsten personally drove to Kelso to pick up the vehicle and bring it back.
