Alex, if you are reading this, allow me to apologize for not shouting your praises from the mountain tops and the annals of the interwebs sooner. Alex sold me a 2019 Tiguan a couple days ago and Brian helped me secure the financing. I have nothing but praise for the approach and the tone and the sense of humor that both men showed during what we all know has the potential to be a really unpleasant experience: buying a car. I was completely upfront with both of them about my readiness to purchase, my interest in a cash purchase, and my concern for Alex's time as the salesman - my intent was not to walk off the lot and so I did not want to consume a lot of Alex's time. Yet, he was extremely informed, honest, NO-PRESSURE, funny, and personable. I am not the most meek or timid car buyer - probably BECAUSE we all expect a bad experience. But, even though I enjoy being upfront and outspoken, I can say with certainty that Alex helping you learn what you need to know about the car you want and Brian offering to help you find attractive, legitimate, and competitive financing rates ? Alex + Brian = winning Alex, sorry again that I didn't keep my word and go home and write this - I was having too much fun driving my new Tiguan to the back roads of the West Side and getting it too dirty for someone to think I was driving a car you just sold me with only 23 miles on it!
