I’ve worked with a number of very nice gentlemen there. It was awfully nice that one of the guys that I worked with last year (Travis) remembered me by name. The service department can be a little hit and miss-never rude, but some folks are much friendlier than others. I thought it was very lovely that when I went to get in my car, the fellow that rang my oil change up walked me to my car and shut my door for me once I was inside. Some people may find that old fashioned, but I found it to be a very polite gesture.
