Noe was a very professional seller, he takes his time to show us a suv also he explains all the functions on each suv he shows us.he ask what kind of vehicle we was looking for, he show us three different suv, I will recommend now to my friends to buy a car.

Noe was patient and extremely nice. He searched other VW locations for the model we wanted and worked with us to find the right car and price. Jeff, the finance attendant was also very descriptive and honest while helping us sign the final paperwork.

The experience was enjoyable and everyone was very nice. Hannah was exceptional. However, it took way longer than we anticipated. I had expressed my needs over email with Reno the week before. I was assured the vehicle I wanted was in stock and the purchase would only take and hour to an hour and a half. In total it took over 3hrs. With two young kids this felt like an even longer experience. I would have hoped the team would have better communicated our needs to make the process smoother.
