Noe Galvez did an excellent job for us - he is very professional, poised and open...the way we prefer our interaction. He explained everything about the ID.4, our costs and leasing options. Initially, we felt with Tesla dropping their prices 20%, the value in our ID.4 would be overstated. However, by getting the instant discount via lease (for the tax credit and OR tax credit), we felt that more than offset any price reductions by Tesla. Jacob Ambert also gave us a pleasant experience when signing all the paperwork - the process was quick and streamlined without losing any key information (the fastest and most efficient we've ever experienced when buying or leasing a car). Overall a fantastic experience with Noe and Jacob.

This is the second car we've gotten through Reno at Dick Hannah. Reno has a very relaxed yet informative approach that made the experience of getting a car less stressful...I'd even go so far as to say enjoyable. We came in just for a test drive of the iD4, but ended up trading in our other VW the same day and driving out with our dream electric vehicle. Thanks also for being willing to answer all our questions, never once making us feel insignificant. We love that you know your cars, but never with ego or condescending vibes. Car sales people can be tough to deal with; Reno strikes the perfect balance and that's why we stuck with it and got another car from DH VW. Thank you!
