My experience with Dick Hannah VW was great, starting with my salesman David he was so attentive and his follow through was excellent. Unfortunately you don’t find customer service like his anymore especially in the car business. From the sales manager to the awesome finance manager this vehicle purchase was the best I have honestly ever had, I personally have worked in the business for several years and have purchased many vehicles. I will definitely return to Dick Hannah when I am ready for a new ride. Thank you so much it was a pleasure doing business with you. Sincerely satisfied customer

Reno is an absolute gem. He made this entire experience of buying a vehicle smooth and easy. It can be a long process buying a vehicle, however chatting with Reno made the time go by quickly as he’s so friendly and kind.

My account / vehicle set up has not been as easy as explained. The assistance from sales Agent has been good. Unfortunately I am not having any progreso with setting account up and the lack of help is also not nice.

Every part of our experience was great! We were being really picky but there was zero pressure and Noe really listened to our needs and found a car that met ALL of them. We love our new Atlas! We'll definitely come back for new cars in the future.
