Dick Hannah personnel were friendly, kind, patient and knowledgeable. Everyone from and sales person Reno, to finance manager Travis and the dealership manager were kind and supportive. They really listen to what you need! I had tried another VW dealership in OR but they were disinterested and slow to respond. I live in Salem OR and it's worth the drive to me to come to Dick Hannah. Thanks to everyone!

This is my (technically, 3rd car) from Dick Hannah and have nothing but awesome experiences. Darian was so amazing, friendly and knowledgable which made the buying experience smooth and fast. I originally purchased a VW Tiguan and the next day realized I was better off with a Tucson so I immediately brought it back in scared they wouldn't work with me on exchanging. Art and Darian totally understood and made the switch painless. Special shout out to Jacob in finance for his hard work with getting me the best rates and just being an awesome guy all around. Thanks everyone!

Reno was great. Quick to answer questions, not pushy. Definitely didn't patronize me either (not the first car I have bought). Was respectful, cool, responsive. I also appreciate that he wiped down our table for covid safety before I sat down. Took a while today to get it all together, but everyone was super helpful. Looking forward to driving our new VW Alltrack Certified vehicle!

I am pleased that I went to Dick Hannah VW of Portland. I was dreading going through the motions of buying a new vehicle. However, the staff I worked with at Dick Hannah VW were very helpful, nice, and made it a wonderful experience --- especially Greg and Jeremy. They changed my attitude about going the process of buying a new vehicle. No pressue. I am very happy with my new 2021 Tiguan. Jares

My sales person was stellar and saved the sale from a previous negative experience. Thank you Jeremy and Jeremy! I am a little disappointed that I spent $33,000 and didn’t have a full tank of gas or a fully detailed car. Seems minor but Is that normal?
