There is not an option for N/A. I dropped my car off and did not use the waiting room.I already explained in the prior comment about the lack of communication about the status of my car.He was polite. Needed to follow up with car status. But honestly, I think he is new and that will come with experience and getting to know how to work with customers rather than checking boxes.A coupon is given for a free car wash rather than actually rinsing the car off. I've never used the coupon. It's not convenient. I appreciate that the car settings are the same when I pick up my car.I've been a long time customer. I appreciate when service rep remembers me. There's a lot of turnover and that hasn't happened for a while. And that's ok. People need to evolve in their careers. Just letting you know that I like when the service reps remember me after a few visits. Then I don't feel like I'm giving my car to strangers to work on.I was in for maintenance. No need to schedule until the car is due based on milage. This is the first time the service person took payment rather than the cashier. Honestly, i prefer the cashier. Clear division of duties. Maybe I would have received an update on my car if the service person wasn't also taking payments.My phone number was confirmed. But I was not asked about frequency of communication. And actually the update came to my personal email and not my phone. I was at work and didn't see the update. I called later in the afternoon to find out what was going on. I had dropped off my car in the morning and had not heard anything. No one answered at service. I finally called Kia because I know they are across from Mitsubishi. They wrote a note and took it over to Mitsubishi service for me to get a call back.

I was never there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I DO NOT OWN A MITSUBISHI!!!!!!!! What the fuck don’t you or this fucking AI understand???? !!!! 😡😡

I was unable to schedule online. Was not user friendly for meScheduled an oil change. Recommended 60,000mile service at check in was added. This took longer of a wait then initially expected. It would be really nice to talk live with a service representative (not an operator) who could pull up what additional service is recommended and give pricing so i can schedule at that timeMitsubishi service entrance is not clearly markedHoping the plans for customer waiting offers tables and plug ins. I always bring my work laptopService Advisor Devin was EXCELLENT. Took the time to explain recommended service, checked with technician what time was available was knowledgeable, respectful , kept me updated. I like that he could take payment at checkout and he assisted with scheduling my next appointmentThe entire process from scheduling to leaving is not perfect. Always room for improvement

Seating area was overcrowded and cold. TV was not on and only one magazine available. No coffee or hot water for tea was available. One customer tried to use vending machine and product got stuck.Could not bring up the information I chose on the website when making my appointment. Had to go go someone else and ask information that was not showing up on the tablet to what I chose to be done.They had to remove plastic from seat and stuff left on floor.Information that was offered on the web is not transferred to service department. This is not the first time this happened. I chose oil change, tire rotation and cabin filter and another filter to be changed for a total of $166.91 and when I got there they wanted to charge me $272. They ended up finally agreeing on the price on the web after investigating. The mechanic did not rotate the tires, since he said they were not needed and did not change my one filter, and I was charged $172. for an oil change and a filter.Information that was offered on the web is not transferred to service department. This is not the first time this happened.
