nothingTook a month and a half because the first time was the camshaft. engine light came back on because of the camshaft sensor. had to take it back a third time because the oil wasn't going to the engine with buildup.a huge dent was on the trunk of the car. Wasn't there when I first dropped off my vehicleWhen I got my car back, the interior was dusty

There is not an option for N/A. I dropped my car off and did not use the waiting room.I already explained in the prior comment about the lack of communication about the status of my car.He was polite. Needed to follow up with car status. But honestly, I think he is new and that will come with experience and getting to know how to work with customers rather than checking boxes.A coupon is given for a free car wash rather than actually rinsing the car off. I've never used the coupon. It's not convenient. I appreciate that the car settings are the same when I pick up my car.I've been a long time customer. I appreciate when service rep remembers me. There's a lot of turnover and that hasn't happened for a while. And that's ok. People need to evolve in their careers. Just letting you know that I like when the service reps remember me after a few visits. Then I don't feel like I'm giving my car to strangers to work on.I was in for maintenance. No need to schedule until the car is due based on milage. This is the first time the service person took payment rather than the cashier. Honestly, i prefer the cashier. Clear division of duties. Maybe I would have received an update on my car if the service person wasn't also taking payments.My phone number was confirmed. But I was not asked about frequency of communication. And actually the update came to my personal email and not my phone. I was at work and didn't see the update. I called later in the afternoon to find out what was going on. I had dropped off my car in the morning and had not heard anything. No one answered at service. I finally called Kia because I know they are across from Mitsubishi. They wrote a note and took it over to Mitsubishi service for me to get a call back.

I was never there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I DO NOT OWN A MITSUBISHI!!!!!!!! What the fuck don’t you or this fucking AI understand???? !!!! 😡😡
