I have been a patient at Dolson Ave for maybe 5 years now, but I'm never going back after the experience I had last week. There's not enough characters allowed in this box to fully explain my terrible experience, but I will say the cavity filling appointment I had with Dr. Bell was unprofessional, rushed, dirty, and needlessly painful. I also waited SEVERAL HOURS to be seen, which is so disrespectful of my time. My hygienist, Gwen, is the highlight of this place and I will miss her!
