The house could have been a little cleaner upon move in. There was leftover stuff in the dishwasher and I could tell not everything was cleaned properly. However the move in process was very easy and Janet was a big help. Everything that needed to be fixed is also being done very quickly which I appreciate. Maintenance and the front office are awesome.

Although the apartment was clean and tidy during the move-in, the cockroaches kept poping-up from kitchen area and were their presence was intense during the first day, but the management has arranged a treatment already.

There was a bit of back-and-forth with the move in process but Andrew (the leasing manager) was extremely helpful and also gave us $,1000 off of our first month’s rent due to the issues which we really appreciate. There is/was a roach problem but Andrew had someone with pest control come out and spray our apartment and since then there has been an incredible decrease in the number of roaches we have seen. Also I put in a maintenance request on Monday because the shower and sinks in the master bathroom are not draining properly which is causing water to collect and we are still waiting for someone to come to fix it. In the mean time we have been showering in the guest restroom. Other than the that, we are happy with our apartment and the staff has been nothing but kind and understanding.
