The main reason I love this place is because of the interaction with the staff, and neighbors. The only thing I don't care for is that some neighbors don't pick up after their dogs. I'm pretty sure the staff is not aware of this.

We take pride in living in this apartment complex. From the Manager Chavonne, Jannette, Cinthya; to the maintenance team (Mr. Fili, Giovanni, Javier…) EVERYONE is always smiling and willing to help with whatever we need! Thank you.

I’ve just renewed my lease and have been a resident since 1/2024. Overall my experience has been neutral. Maintenance has been prompt about resolving issues and making accommodations until they are fixed like when the AC stopped working and they brought a portable one to us. The main issues that I’ve encountered are people who don’t lease their dogs and don’t pickup after them. There are 3 individuals in the part that I am who are habitually doing this based on my seeing this in person. There is no reason for someone to allow there dog to poop right on the sidewalk and leave it. I have a dog so I know that this is just laziness. Regardless of the size of the dog it is required to be on a leash. Regardless of where the dog poops, in the dog park areas or anywhere else, the owner is required to clean it up. I’ve mentioned this to staff even providing apt numbers before but I’m not sure what they did with the information because I’ve not seen any changes. I don’t feel safe speaking to the responsible people about it because I don’t know how they would react. In today’s world I don’t know if they would be aggressive or violent and it’s not my place to speak to them about it.The common area, tile/carpet halls, outdoor areas in other buildings are visibly cleaner than the building I’m in which is frustrating and unsightly. People just leave trash sitting near the dumpster which attracts rats/rodents and I’ve encountered them more often than I would like. When the pool area is closed like in colder months, not including on Monday for cleaning, there is no access to the gas grills which is a pain. The elevators are regularly out of service most recently for a month in bldg 5. No updates were provided and while the elevators in bldg 2 work that’s a very long way to go carrying groceries etc. we get charged for amenities and we pay to live there because of the facilities, but if they don’t work on a regular basis or not cared for it doesn’t seem to be worth the cost.Community activities are occasionally offered like bingo or whatever but I like most people work so events starting in early afternoon and ending at 5 I can’t attend. I’d like to get to know more people here because it’s proven to increase safety, accountability, and overall quality of life. I would be curious to see the attendance for the prior events.People literally let their kids run wild at the pool. There is 0 reason why your kids should be splashing me or trying to hang on me. I’m there to enjoy the pool not babysit/entertain/cleanup after others. A lot of these problems can be diminished if residents just had pride in where they live, accountability for actions, and respect for others…it’s not a community atmosphere it’s just where they live so it feels like they don’t care.I get some of this is common in apartment communities but these are all things that staff can make small changes to and see measurable improvements.
