Only reason I put neutral for cleanliness is because the carpets in the hallway seem to be stained.

I don’t understand why the parking allowance had to stop, cars from the neighborhood come into the parking spaces and take up spaces, sometimes we have to drive around a few minutes to get a space

Renters are tasked with fines and fees for many things outside of the rent and it’s made living here impossible and not worth it. Since domain is losing money due to the empty apartments, they’d rather come up with ways to recoup money on the back of the tenants that are here and working hard. They create this scheme of a ‘vehicle registration’ to park or be towed (I’m certain they get kick backs from each tow and why do this?! There is an abundance of parking spots open due to low occupancy.), they find a way to charge the tenant for the poor quality of appliances they have and then want to fix it on the tenants dime-even Normal wear and tear, the amenities are becoming less clean each day, they change the rules of the property when it’s convenient for them-how to pay rent, times to set out the trash, etc and then want to fine you when you can’t keep up with the ever changing policies. Pest control is a joke!! Never have I seen so many pests until this company took over. The front office staff changes with the day and let’s not soak on how rude the office staff is especially the manager and the ‘area’ manager Andrew or whatever his name is…he certainly does not care to communicate or respond to any concerns put on front of him. And lastly, don’t move here if you don’t want to be financially responsible for the upgrades done to the apartment when you move. Even with professional cleaners and movers, they WILL find a way to charge for SOMETHING…why?! Because they are losing money and seek to recoup it at your expense. And this is the reason why previous tenants have taken them to court. In my opinion, RUN!
