Rent increases to much

The increase for a broken down facility that is not secured is not worth the price. I paid my unit thru 3/31/2026, yet you continued to bill me and send me text telling me I owed you money when I didn't. Then I call and your rep could not explain why this was happening.

After less. than 5 months the unit was covered with mouse poop. There was also a dead mouse. I have pictures. I have never seen a unit so disgusting. I had nothing in there that would have attracted mice. There were also several hypodermic needles on the ground near my unit and no visible cameras. I am appalled at the condition and expect a refund.

Great communication, easy access, very nice manager.

The units flooded with water and mud on a regular basis!

Dust dirt and mouse poop 💩 in my storage consistently. You raise the price every year for the same space and service.
