YOUR PARKING LOT SUCKS!! IT NEEDS REPAVED YALL SHOULD KNOW THAT JUST TAKE A DRIVE THROUGH . AND FURTHER MORE YOU DONT TAKE CARE OF IT IN THE WINTER LIKE HAVE IT PLOWED IN A REASONABLE TIME !!!

Great customer service and very solid pricing for the area. The particular location I selected was very difficult to get into and around in because of very tight lanes and a lot of junk cars parked around the facility. It was extremely difficult to get a 12 foot Uhaul truck into and out of the facility.

The increase for a broken down facility that is not secured is not worth the price. I paid my unit thru 3/31/2026, yet you continued to bill me and send me text telling me I owed you money when I didn't. Then I call and your rep could not explain why this was happening.

After less. than 5 months the unit was covered with mouse poop. There was also a dead mouse. I have pictures. I have never seen a unit so disgusting. I had nothing in there that would have attracted mice. There were also several hypodermic needles on the ground near my unit and no visible cameras. I am appalled at the condition and expect a refund.

The units flooded with water and mud on a regular basis!
