The advisor started off rude because I was told one appointment time by phone but his system said something differentDo better with scheduling if you tell a customer a time to be there and enter it in the system wrong it's frustrating for both the customer and the advisorWhen I checked in the guy that I was speaking to was kind of rude, my appointment was wrong in the system compared to what time I was told to me there and he gave me an attitude but ended up going forward with the service and once completed he was friendly as I was leaving.
