The waiting room and refreshment area could use an update.Basically, some new equipment should refresh the area. I went to another dealership and realized how much it makes a difference. Just something to think about.

Nothing was done on the interior, and the exterior appeared to be washed due to spots all over the windshield and the car bodybenefit of the doubt, Saturday is a busy day for all dealer personnel at this locationAt Servce desk, paperwork was given, no explanation of work done, needed, or future requirementsNothing special, might have been a busy day for the service attendantThe job was done as it should be, nothing specialYes to questions, but the service advisor is a bit more than above. asked for items that I might have thought were covered under the 15K warranty. Update software, check for service requirements from the manufacturer, update Mitsubishi maps, etc. all responded with not part of warranty ?. asked about the purpose of "warranty" i dont think i was given a proper response. But yes to all the above
