I arrived a bit earlier than my appointment. Jose was on the phone with another customer but as soon as he finished he greeted me with the utmost respect and smile. He is very patient and courteous. He explained what needed to be done next on my vehicle. I am a repeat customer and am big on customer service.

Jose was extremely courteous, professional and pleasant. He explained the vehicle needs in an understandable way, gave a thorough report, answered questions patiently. He made sure I was kept apprised of the duration of repairs. Checkout was great, more answers to my questions. I would be more than happy to deal with Jose again, he is an asset to Mitsubishi.EXCELLENT SERVICE
